PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND POLICIES
Tuition Payments below are scheduled for 3 payments during the school year-
August through May. Separate Summer Sessions are held June - August.
Children and Student/Adult Division- Tuition:
Trimester tuition and registration due August 15 ,2019
All class placements are by audition and /or directors permission.
Trimester tuition due August 15, 2019/ November1,2019/ February 1, 2020
Calendar year runs August 2019- May 2020
Classes begin Thursday 8/29/2019
Tuition is non- refundable and no credits will be applied. Trimester payments are a courtesy, with the understanding that the student is enrolled for the full year program and responsible for the full yearly tuition. Late fees will apply 10 days after tuition due date. Siblings, one 10% Discount for the lesser tuition. Missed classes must be made up within two weeks of the class missed.
Tuition can be mailed to 300 SW State St. #5 Pullman WA 99163.Please don't mail to Gladish.
Checks for dance classes should be made out to Graham Academy.

10 hours of volunteer work per family or $100.00 Annual donation requested.
Fees:
There is an annual registration fee of $35.00.
Late fees:
Annual Performance Fees for 2 Annual Performances: Due September 2019.

Wednesday 3:45-4:30 * Pink tights,shoes, and pink leotard or ballet
dress any style. Boys- white T shirt/ black

Private classes/ coaching for YGAP etc., available for $50.00 per hour.

on Late Payments:
●All
payments, including those for tuition and fees, are due on the first of each
trimester starting August 15, 2019
●Payments
are considered late if not received on or before the 10th of each trimester.
●A
$10 late fee will be assessed if a payment is received after the 10th but
before the 20th of the month.
●A
$30 late fee will be assessed if a payment is received on or after the 20th of
the month.
●
After September 20th, if a payment is not received on or before the
last day of the month, your child will be dis-enrolled and the school will
pursue all legally available avenues to collect unpaid amounts.
●N.S.F.
(non-sufficient fund) checks are considered non-payment and will be assessed a
$20 fee in addition to any applicable late fees.
●Payments
for less than the full amount due are considered non-payment and will be
assessed a $20 fee in addition to any applicable late fees.
●Financial
Emergencies: We understand that financial emergencies happen and are willing to
work with you to set up a payment schedule. In the event that you experience a
